Company profile
Company owners Avi Shimanov and Eli Green have close to twenty-five years' experience in providing institutional kitchens with food-service equipment. This began in 1986 when we first worked as employees in the field.
In 1994 we changed our status from employees to "registered business owners" and continued providing the abovementioned service to all units of the Israel Defense Force (IDF), as subcontractors to companies that won public tenders that were publicized by these groups.
In 2003 we became authorized as suppliers to institutions in the economy and won the police and Israel Prison Service (IPS) tenders.
In 2005 we won the leading tender in the IDF to service electric warming machinery and food processors.
Since then we have broadened our activity with these institutions and currently provide the following services:

Comments and Clarifications:
* For several years our company has serviced kitchen machinery in the Ministry of Defense kitchens.
* Our technicians service Ecolab (Zohar Dalia) and Dallas, and privately service approximately 400 dishwashers.
* The dishwashers we maintain are made by Lamber, Hoover, Hubert, Comenda, Palbam, Cooljet, and more.
While maintaining electric machinery may integrate the two fields, maintaining food processors mainly requires understanding and general knowledge of mechanical systems (gears/cog wheels/bearing/oil gaskets, and of course, metalworking).
Legally, in order to provide service for kitchen equipment, authorization for a certified electrician (appropriate to the maintained equipment) is required.
For the technicians of our company (outlined above), certification is required by law. Also required is several years' experience of maintaining the equipment under discussion, as well as years of practical experience in providing service to army units, the police, and the IPS.
The share of the requested activities in the scope of service provided for equipment is a technical matter that cannot be performed by an authorized electrician, but by an authorized electrician with experience and training in mechanical work, welding, metalworking, and command and control.
Our company possesses the knowledge and experience to service all institutional kitchen equipment that is available among existing resources, mainly since most of our employees have been trained and certified to provide the following wide range services:

The service provided for the army, police, and ISP is expansive, but not just because of the quantity of utensils and distribution of units across the country. It is mainly because the same product has several manufacturers/suppliers, and service companies require familiarity and much general knowledge about each manufacturer's technical specifications (if they exist - but in most cases they do not exist and are inaccessible). As well, the electric company is not helpful at sticking to response times or providing the requested response.
Most equipment is old-fashioned, so no technical specifications exist for them. As well, no catalog from the electric company or specific sources of purchase are available or accessible for a person without experience in the field, knowledge, or experience.
This all leads to us working with approximately 700 customers, each with different requirements and expectations (that are not necessarily fitting to the requirements of the tender). And, at the end of the day, we are working with people and not machines - therefore communication and personal relationships are no less important than service provided to a machine.
Our company's primary asset is its employees.
Therefore, as managers of the company, we recognize and thank all company employees, and wish them success, livelihood, health, and happiness for many years to come.
